Shannon McGrath has extensive experience in engineering and product design, currently serving as an Engineering Product Design Technician at Kimber Mfg., Inc. since August 2014, where responsibilities include developing prototypes and modifying existing parts. Prior experience includes a role at Motion Laboratories from August 2011 to August 2014, where Shannon identified bottlenecks and conducted cost-benefit analyses that led to significant savings. A co-op position at Danfoss Hugo involved creating training tools and analyzing efficiency within the engineering department, and an earlier co-op at UPS focused on improving resource allocation and employee supervision in the repacking department. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Aerospace from Stevens Institute of Technology, obtained in 2011.
