Elisabeth Forsmo Langseth currently serves as a Talent Manager at Kilter since October 2024. Previously, Elisabeth held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at Attensi from September 2021 to October 2024. During that time, Attensi emerged as a global leader in gamified simulation training, integrating advanced 3D modeling with insights into human behavior and psychology. Elisabeth's earlier experience includes working as an Advisor at Dfind Norge, focused on digital and IT recruitment from February 2018 to September 2021, and as an Advisor at Modis from January 2017 to February 2018.
