Jonathan Hennessy is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in public sector roles, currently serving as a Senior Executive Engineer at Kildare County Council since September 2022. Prior to this, Jonathan held the position of Senior Project Manager at the National Transport Authority from September 2021 to September 2022 and served as A/Senior Executive Engineer at Kildare County Council from June 2018 to September 2021. Additional experience includes a role as Executive Engineer at Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council and Principal Consultant in Transportation at AECOM. Jonathan's education includes a Certificate in Building Control Management from South East Technological University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Management, and a Certificate in Local Government Studies, both from the Institute of Public Administration, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from University College Dublin.
