Shinto Mogi is a corporate development professional at Kikkoman Corporation, where responsibilities include managing cross-border M&A transactions, facilitating start-up investments, and contributing to strategic development since April 2015. Previous experience includes BtoB sales in the food-service sector and involvement in IT systems related to security, networking, and budgeting. Prior to Kikkoman, Shinto completed a management internship at TAKARA SHOYU Co., Ltd., focusing on sales and marketing across major Asian cities, and an operations internship at Hotel Okura Tokyo. Shinto holds a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from EHL and an IB Diploma from St. Mary's International School.
