Al Aiona Aka has extensive experience in learning and development, holding the position of Director of Learning & Development at Kikka Sushi since June 2010, where also serves as Director of Learning & Operational Development under Ito Inc. Prior to this, Al Aiona Aka was a Principal Consultant at A3 Consulting, LLC., focusing on employee performance enhancement from February 2009 to May 2010. Additional experience includes serving as Sr. Manager of Training & Development at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and as Regional HR Manager - West Coast for Warner Bros. Studio Stores.
