Sawan Abeyratne is a Project Engineer at Kiewit, having progressed through roles from Engineer 1 to Engineer 2 since July 2019. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Engineer at INTEK Inc and a Logging Geologist at Excellence Logging, where Sawan collected and analyzed geological data and communicated findings effectively. An internship as a Land Man Intern at DPS Land Services involved negotiating oil and gas leases on over 200 acres of land. Sawan's early career features customer service roles at Lowe's Companies and Glory Days Grill, as well as a position at TPC Potomac. Sawan holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering and Geology from West Virginia University.
