Rigel L. Rucker is a Senior Drainage Engineer at Kiewit since March 2023, bringing extensive experience from a nearly 18-year tenure at AECOM where roles included Program/Project Manager, Engineer, Team Lead, and FEMA Region 6 Regional Support Center Coordinator. Prior to AECOM, Rigel L. Rucker worked as a Co-Op for the City of Las Cruces and gained customer service experience as a salesman at Pep Boys. Rigel L. Rucker holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from New Mexico State University, earned between January 1999 and December 2004.
