Massoud Daliry is an experienced structural engineer with a strong background in dam and hydraulic structure design and assessment. Currently serving as a Senior Structural Engineer at Kiewit since August 2022, Massoud completed advanced stability analyses and led the detailed design for the rehabilitation of a power generating station in Canada. Prior to this role, Massoud worked at Hatch from December 2018 to July 2022, contributing to multiple Design-Build dam and hydro projects and conducting numerous dam safety assessments across Canada and Colombia. Experience also includes positions at Options Development Inc., where Massoud reviewed pre-construction designs for high-rise buildings, and at Options Group Inc., focusing on structural design for industrial and commercial projects. Massoud's earlier career at Toossab Consulting Engineers encompassed project management and advanced structural design for various significant hydropower projects and water facilities. Academic qualifications include a degree from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, completed in 1998.
