Douglas Hermo, EIT, is a Field Engineer at Kiewit since August 2022, contributing to structural deep foundations operations at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Prior to this role, Douglas served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Lyles School of Civil Engineering at Purdue from October 2020 to May 2022, where responsibilities included conducting experiments and analyzing data. Douglas’s prior experience includes multiple internships at Kiewit from 2019 to 2021, focusing on production tracking, quality control, and safety in various field engineer roles. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Purdue University, earned in May 2022, and also has experience in sales and marketing as a representative for Vector Marketing North Jersey.
