Bobby Wachs is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in organizational IT management and service delivery. Currently serving as Sr Manager of IT Operations at Kiewit since February 2017, Bobby focuses on improving productivity, service quality, and security of collaboration tools. Previously, as ITSM Program Manager at both Kiewit and the University of Florida, Bobby led significant IT service management initiatives, streamlined operations, and enhanced service delivery. Early career experiences include roles as Assistant CIO for Admin & Finance at the University at Albany and HelpDesk Manager, where Bobby managed substantial budgets and led large teams. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University at Albany and a BS from UCF College of Business.
