Tristan Laurence is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation and IT management, currently serving as Director of Transformation and Head of IT & Transformation at Kier Group since November 2014. Previously, Tristan held the position of Board Trustee at Big C Cancer Charity from April 2013 to May 2019 and worked as Programme & Business Improvement Manager at ConstructionSkills between October 2012 and November 2014. Tristan’s international experience includes roles as Country Director for Somalia and Deputy Country Director for DR Congo at MAG (Mines Advisory Group), as well as Head of IT. Tristan began the professional career as a Senior Analyst at Bureau Veritas Group from February 2003 to February 2006. Tristan holds a B.Sc in Biology from The University of Manchester.
