Harriet Eastaff is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as an Assistant HR Business Partner at Kier Group since March 2022, Harriet previously held roles such as Change and Readiness Manager at Highbourne Group and HR Manager at John Lobb, part of the Hermès Group, where responsibilities included managing HR processes, payroll, training facilitation, and stakeholder management.
