Akhilesh Shaj is a Graduate Civil Engineer currently employed at Kier Group since September 2024, following a tenure at CORMAC from March 2023 to August 2024, where responsibilities included public consultations, stakeholder engagement, and the development of designs for roads and related infrastructures in accordance with BIM standards. Prior experience includes a role as a Site Engineer with Travancore Builders, overseeing the construction of a multistoried hospital and high-rise apartment, and a position as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Radisson Blu Hotel in Edinburgh. Akhilesh holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering Technologies from DDU Kaushal Kendra - CUSAT, with aspirations of achieving chartership with the Institution of Civil Engineers.
