Grace Chia has over 20 years of extensive experience in research, currently serving as a Researcher at Kienbaum FJK Consultants Pte Ltd since 2003. At Kienbaum, Grace collaborates with a multicultural team across Singapore, Bangkok, Shanghai, and Hong Kong, focusing on combining business knowledge, cultural expertise, and human factors to enhance organizational efforts in Executive Search, Talent Management, and Management Consulting. Prior to this role, Grace worked as a Research Consultant at The Consulting Partnership from 1998 to 2003.
