Lynda Clarke has over 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Lynda began their career in 1983 as a Property Manager at Norris, Beggs & Simpson, where they managed various commercial properties for third-party clients. Lynda later joined Equity Office Properties Trust / Spieker Properties as the VP of Operations & Leasing - Portland, overseeing operations, leasing, development, acquisitions, and dispositions of a 4.2 million square foot portfolio. Clarke then served as Senior Vice President at KG Investment Management, where they opened and managed the Portland office, handling the commercial real estate holdings of Principal Financial Group. Lynda also worked at Norris, Beggs & Simpson as the SVP of Property Management, responsible for the profitability of the department and marketing for new business opportunities. Prior to that, Clarke worked as a Commercial Real Estate Broker/Independent at Pacific Security Capital. Lynda is currently an Associate Vice President, Broker at Kidder Mathews, specializing in leasing and sales of various commercial properties in the Portland Metro-Vancouver area. Throughout their career, Clarke has demonstrated expertise in transaction marketing, market analytics, negotiations, financial analysis, and employee development.
