Heather Swift Hunt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the arts and technology sectors. Heather began their career in 2003 as a Producer at InterAccess (TO) and later worked as a Web Archivist at The African and Asian Visual Artists Archive. In 2005, Heather joined SPACE Studios as a Producer and also served as a Web Archivist at the same time. Heather then moved on to become a Curator at Liverpool Biennial of Contemporary Art Ltd and later at FACT. In 2011, Heather became the Deputy Director at FVU before taking on the role of Executive Director at Rhizome at the New Museum. Heather also contributed as a Curator at FACT and served as a Producer at SPACE Studios during this period. Heather's most recent work experience includes being the Director of Design & Tech at Kickstarter, the Senior Director of International at Kickstarter, and currently, they hold the position of Head of Design & Tech at Kickstarter.
Heather Swift Hunt completed their Bachelor of Fine Art degree in New Media from Toronto Metropolitan University, from the years 2000 to 2004. Later, they pursued an MBA from Imperial College London, from 2008 to 2010.
