Sarah is from small town Missouri. Throughout her life, she couldn’t avoid the inclination to want to learn everything. She found enjoyment in athletics, on the pitchers mound and on the volleyball court. In her early 20’s, she moved to Colorado to hike and explore the outdoors. She took an assortment of different types of jobs in hopes of discovering one that was the right fit. After feeling like so many fields weren’t creating enough of a challenge, she set her sights on software development.

In 2018, she participated in Centriq’s Full Stack Web Development course in order to jump-start her journey. She loves that the field does indeed keep her continually challenged, and that web development specifically gives her the opportunity to be creative as well as logically problem solve.
