Sean Watters has over 15 years of work experience in software engineering and development. From 2000 to 2005, they worked as a Software Engineer for the Cal Poly Foundation and Information Presentation Technologies (IPTech, Inc.). From 2005 to 2011, they worked at Intuit as a Senior Software Engineer, Senior Development Manager, and Software Engineer. From 2011 to 2013, they were the VP of Engineering at Yardsellr, a distributed social-commerce marketplace backed by $16+ million in financing from pre-eminent investors. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Co-Founder at an unnamed company. Sean is currently the Co-Founder and CTO at Kickpay.

Sean Watters attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1998 to 2005, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science. In 2015, they attended Y Combinator.
