Rachael Ashley has extensive experience in retail and merchandising, currently holding the position of Buyer at Kick Pleat since April 2017, after serving as Assistant Buyer. Prior to this role, Rachael worked as a Merchandiser at By George from July 2014 to April 2017. Rachael also gained valuable experience as a Curatorial Intern at Mexic-Arte Museum in late 2012. Rachael holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin, where studies were completed between 2008 and 2012.
