Derya Sousa is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and digital transformation. As the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Kianda since June 2016, Derya has led the development of EHSwise, an innovative Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Software. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder at Kianda, where the focus was on no-code/low-code application development to facilitate digital transformation across industries. Derya also served as Commercial Director at TeraDev Software Solutions, overseeing digital marketing and software development services, and as a Senior Java Web Consultant at Uniphar, specializing in Enterprise Java Web applications. Derya's technical foundation includes roles as a Java Web Developer at Cahill May Roberts and a Web Designer at lastminute.com, alongside early work in web design and marketing at Pacha Tours. Derya holds a Post Graduate degree in Town Planning from Lisbon Technical University and a Bachelor's degree in Town Planning from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi.
