Dato’ Dr. Syed Hussain was appointed to the Board of the Company on 30 April 2015. He was re-designated as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 23 November 2017.He holds a Bachelor in Business Studies degree and a Masters in Business Administration from Western Illinois University, Illinois, USA and has a Doctorate of Philosophy in Labour Relations from London, UK. He also attended the Senior Management Development Program at Harvard Business School, USA in 2002.
