Javier Villegas has over seven years of experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as a Product and Packaging Engineer at KI Industries, Inc., since October 2016. Responsibilities include managing BOMs in the ERP system for Mexican plants, analyzing costs and profit margins, and facilitating communication between Mexican and corporate teams in the USA. Javier has successfully implemented Engineering Changes procedures and led various new project teams under APQP. Previous roles include Projects Trainee, where involvement in packaging engineering and project monitoring took place, as well as Direct Labor Developer, focusing on personnel training and safety audits. Prior experience includes environmental consulting at Niveles Corporation and design proposals for customer service and marketing performance across various organizations. Javier holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Systems Engineering and a specialization in Logistics from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
