About International Smart Card “QiCard”: ISC is the leading electronic payment services company in Iraq. QiCard is ISC’s flagship Solution, which employs biometric identity as the cardholder verification method. Qi Card is used widely in Iraq for the distribution of pensions, social welfare aid, and employee salaries to over 5 million customers through a network of around 6,000 point of service, spread throughout the country. ISC issues and acquires payment cards (QiCard as well as international Schemes, such as MasterCard) on behalf of fourteen affiliated banks in Iraq Including Rafidain and Rasheed, Iraq’s two largest government banks.
