Sramana Mittra is an experienced legal professional specializing in intellectual property law, currently serving as an Associate at Khurana & Khurana, Advocates and IP Attorneys since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate at Saikrishna & Associates and as a Patent Prosecution Intern at K&S Partners. Sramana has also held legal internship positions at various organizations, focusing on areas such as patent drafting, IP law research, geographical indication application drafting, and the patentability of AI across multiple jurisdictions. Sramana holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) in Intellectual Property Law from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, alongside two Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degrees in Information Technology from Government School of Engineering and Textile Technology, Serampore, and West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata.
