Jenna McMurtry is a skilled reporter currently working at KHOL since July 2024 and freelancing for NPR since June 2023, contributing features for All Things Considered and Weekend Edition. McMurtry held positions as History Department Liaison at Pomona College and as a tutor for Upward Bound from February 2023 to August 2024, assisting local high school students. Previous experience includes an internship at Colorado Public Radio focusing on Health, Education & Justice, and various editorial roles at The Student Life Newspaper, including Editor-in-Chief. Additional experience includes a summer internship with Aspen Public Radio and a sales role at Natural Grocers. Jenna is pursuing a degree in History at Pomona College, expected to graduate in 2024.
