Adil Mistry has a diverse and long-standing career in various companies. Adil started as a Technical Writer at CAC Corporation in 1999 before becoming a Service Manager at Musaed Salem Abdul Jabber Company in 2000. In the same year, they joined Khind Middle East as an Executive Director, where they played a crucial role in establishing and developing their operations in the Middle East and Africa. Adil continued to contribute to Khind Middle East as the Vice President of International Sales from 2016 to 2017.
In 2017, Adil took on the role of President & Director at PT Khind Environmental Solutions, Jakarta. Adil successfully led the takeover of PT Macroair Asia, establishing Khind Environmental Solutions in Indonesia. Adil strategized and implemented environmentally friendly cooling business, ensuring its ongoing success.
From 2019 to 2021, Adil joined Khind Holdings Berhad as the Chief Operating Officer, where they developed the company's vision, mission, and core values, and led the workforce through a pandemic business continuity plan. Adil emphasized people development by driving transformation in Group HR functions. Adil then took on the role of Group Chief Executive Officer, where they drew up a 3-year strategy to position Khind as a player in the infinite game and fostered a continuous improvement culture by implementing Kaizen.
Throughout their career, Adil has displayed strong leadership abilities, a strategic mindset, and an ability to drive growth and profitability.
Adil Mistry's education history begins in 1993 when they attended City of Liverpool College. During their time there, Adil pursued a Higher National Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, completing the program in 1995.
In 2010, Adil pursued further education at Alliance Manchester Business School, where they enrolled in an Executive MBA program. They dedicated three years to developing their knowledge and skills in Business Administration and Management, completing the degree in 2013.
More recently, in 2022, Adil attended Harvard Business School for the Advance Management Program (AMP) in Organizational Leadership. They focused on advancing their understanding of effective leadership strategies during their time at Harvard.
