Ratikant Jha possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as GM Manufacturing (Factory Manager) at KHD Humboldt Wedag since September 2006. Prior to this role, Ratikant held positions as a Team Leader in Design at Alstom Power and as Senior Engineer in Production Planning at ANDRITZ HYDRO. Ratikant's career began at Cimmco Birla Limited in inspection and quality assurance from 1994 to 2000. Ratikant holds an MBA in Operations Management from SMUDE, a degree in Mechanical Engineering from DEI Technical College, a Bachelor of Commerce with honors from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra, and a Diploma in Advanced Computing from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC).
