Maxim Kondratenko has been working in the field of international relations since 2014. Maxim began their career as an EPIIC Colloquium Participant at the Institute of Global Leadership at Tufts University, where they participated in a two-semester study of Russian politics, economics, and foreign relations, and took part in organizing the annual EPIIC Symposium. In 2016, they became a Program Assistant and Intern for the US-Russia Social Expertise Exchange at the Eurasia Foundation. Maxim then moved on to the National Endowment for Democracy in 2018, where they were a Program Assistant for the Eurasia region. In 2020, they joined The Fletcher School at Tufts University as a Research Assistant for the Russia and Eurasia Program. Currently, they are an Analyst at Kharon.
Maxim Kondratenko attended Torrey Pines High School from 2007 to 2011. Maxim then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations from Tufts University from 2011 to 2015. In 2020, Maxim Kondratenko began their Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy (MALD) at The Fletcher School at Tufts University, which they are currently pursuing.
