Constance Schwartz-Morini is a partner and co-founder at SMAC Entertainment, a talent management company they launched in 2010 alongside Pro Football Hall of Famer Michael Strahan. Constance also oversees numerous scripted and unscripted projects set up with primetime cable and broadcast networks. In collaboration with Sony Pictures Television, Schwartz produces ABC’s highly rated “$100,000 Pyramid” and is currently developing additional primetime programming for the network. Additionally, they produced HBO’s “State of Play: Happiness,” Showtime’s “Play it Forward,” TNT’s “Snoop Dogg Presents The Joker’s Wild,” CNBC’s “Back In The Game” and the highly rated and critically acclaimed Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Sports Awards for the past five years.

Schwartz-Morini is also a partner at WEAR by Erin Andrews, a fashion-first apparel company for women who want to show their team pride without sacrificing their style. Constance orchestrated the launch of Erin Andrews sportswear collection.

Additionally, Schwartz-Morini is a partner at MSX by Michael Strahan and COLLECTION by Michael Strahan, two clothing lines under the actor and former professional football player’s brand.

Prior to their work as a talent manager and producer, Schwartz-Morini was the director of television programming + entertainment marketing at the National Football League (NFL) for nine years.

Constance Schwartz-Morini attended the State University of New York College at Oswego from 1986 to 1990, and they earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Her field of study was marketing.
