Carey Napoleone has extensive work experience in various roles within different companies. Carey began their career at TJX as a Recruitment Manager in 1995 and held the position until 2002. Carey then joined KGA, where they served as an Advisory Board member from 2001 to 2010 and later became a Project Specialist from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they transitioned to KGA, Inc. and took on the role of Operations Manager. Carey was promoted to Vice President of Business Operations and Human Resources in 2017, and their most recent position as Chief Operating Officer began in October 2020.

Carey Napoleone earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completing their education from 1990 to 1994.
