Nicola Dagna is an experienced legal and human resources professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Since November 2019, Nicola serves as the Head of HR & Legal at KFC Italia. Prior to this role, Nicola worked as an Independent Consultant specializing in organizational and management aspects of law firms from March 2017 to October 2019. Nicola's earlier experience includes serving as General Counsel at McDonald's Development Italy LLC from April 2005 to February 2017, where responsibilities encompassed litigation management, corporate contracts, and compliance. Additionally, Nicola held the position of Head of Legal and Litigation Services at BNP Paribas Lease Group SpA from December 2000 to March 2005 and worked as Manager of Legal Litigation at Barclays Bank PLC from July 1993 to December 2000. Nicola holds a law degree from Università degli Studi di Milano, earned in 1991, and a classical diploma from Liceo Ginnasio Cesare Beccaria.
