Kerri McGuire serves as the Executive Director at Keystone Substance Abuse Services since July 2023. Previously, Kerri held various positions at York Technical College from April 2007 to June 2023, including Associate Dean for Student Engagement and Deputy Title IX Coordinator, Assistant Dean for Student Engagement, Director of Counseling and Support Services, Student Development Counselor, and Adjunct Faculty in the Human Services Department. Kerri also worked as an Adjunct Faculty member and Student Success Counselor at Central Piedmont Community College from May 2005 to April 2007 and served as Residence Director at Winthrop University from August 2002 to May 2005. Kerri holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Leadership from Clemson University, a Master of Education in Counseling & Development from Winthrop University, and has completed a certificate in Public Health Essentials from Cornell University. Additionally, Kerri has a Certificate of Graduate Studies in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Winthrop University.
