She spent nearly 30 years in HR leadership roles across multiple industries including financial services, professional services, insurance, and higher education. Specializing in talent development, she has expertise in strategic business partnering, leadership development, talent management, strategy development & execution, project management, and team leadership. She has a proven ability to collaboratively work across all organizational levels up to the C-suite to identify, attract, and develop talent.
Kristen is a Certified Professional Coach by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of New Hampshire Durham.
