Kathryn Mayer is an accomplished executive coach and leadership development expert with extensive experience in fostering high productivity and employee retention across various organizations. As the Principal, Founder, and Executive Coach at KC Mayer Consulting, Inc. since 2003, Kathryn has partnered with companies ranging from small businesses to Fortune 1000 firms, facilitating systemic changes that enable individual and organizational growth. Kathryn also serves as an Executive Coach and Leader Development Consultant for Keystone Partners and has contributed to Chief's program for senior women leaders.
