Cheryl Bond is a Consultant at Keystone Partners. Cheryl has also worked as the Director of Training and Organizational Development at Liberty Mutual Insurance and the Training Manager at Hale and Dorr LLP.

Cheryl has over 25 years of experience in Learning and Organizational Development. Cheryl is currently assigned to the leadership team of a 1300-employee business area to build and maintain an agile and resilient culture in support of an aggressive ($800M) growth strategy. The business is an amalgamation of cultures across 5 states. Cheryl created a framework of learning and development activities to increase organizational resilience.

Cheryl has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology from Boston University.

Cheryl Bond holds an Ed.D. in Administration, Training, and Policy Studies from Boston University, a CAGS in Human Resource Education from Boston University, an M.Ed. in Adult Education from Boston University, and a B.S. in Business Education from Salem State University.
