Betty works extensively with senior leaders and mid-level executives across various industries, countries, and cultures. She is frequently invited to deliver presentations and coaching workshops on topics such as “How to Build an International Career,” “Ageism in the Workplace,” and “The Future of Work."
Betty designs and implements global programs and processes to impact performance. She speaks both Spanish and French and has held HR/talent management positions in the US, Europe, and Asia.
She is a member of the Board of International Executive Resource Group, a certified Global Professional in HR (GPHR) from the Society of HR Management, and a Crucial Conversations Certified Trainer. Betty is also certified to deliver Hogan Assessments and the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).
She earned her MS in HR & Industrial Relations from Loyola University. She also holds two MAs in Spanish Language & Literature from Middlebury College and Linguistics/TEFL from the University of Illinois, where she also received her BA in English/Education.
