Mike Raybould is an experienced professional currently serving as the Quality Department Manager at Keysight Technologies since June 2014. In this role, Mike oversees a customer issue resolution program and manages a team responsible for global escalations, including executive-level issues. Mike has considerable expertise in cross-functional process engineering, continuous improvement projects, and voice of the customer initiatives, having previously worked as a VOC Team Manager and VOC Lead at Agilent Technologies. Prior experiences include operations supervision and logistics coordination, where Mike emphasized quality and service metrics. Mike is pursuing education at Arizona State University, building on a prior foundation from De Anza College.
