Karen Sholar is an experienced financial professional with a proven track record in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Controller at KEYper Systems since July 2019, Karen previously held the same title at Entelegent Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included managing the finance group and auditing financial statements. In addition, Karen contributed to the Charlotte Chapter of the IMA as a Board Member and Secretary, successfully creating grant applications that secured funding for local students. A strong foundation in accounting was established with roles at Flakeboard America Ltd. as Staff Accountant, Car Spa, Inc. as Manager of Accounting, and Autonation USA in a similar managerial position. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
