Michelle Chapman has a diverse work experience. Michelle started their career as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Advance Fitness Marketing, where they partnered with fitness centers to grow their member base and was responsible for hiring and training staff. Michelle then worked as a Marketing and Events Coordinator at 10x, a business coaching firm, where they focused on lead generation and event management. Later, they joined Flight Centre as a Team Leader, leading a team of agents and managing the day-to-day operations of the business. Michelle'smost recent role is with Keypath Education, where they have held positions of increasing responsibility, including Student Success Manager and currently Associate Director of Student Success.

Michelle Chapman obtained their Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Victoria University in 2023. Prior to that, they completed a Certificate III & IV in Tourism from the Institute of Training and Further Education from 2011 to 2018. For their secondary education, they attended Cheltenham Secondary College and completed Year 12 VCE from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Michelle has obtained various certifications, including ones in leadership development, unconscious bias, managing for results, and content marketing dynamics, among others.
