Sílveri Castillo has worked for five different companies since 2015. At Rutgers University, they held the roles of Accommodation Specialist and Resident Assistant from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they were a Legal Personal Assistant at Professional Travel Services, LLC. In 2018, they were a Legal Assistant/Law clerk at the Law Offices of Thomas R. Ashley, as well as a Guest Relations Assistant at University Hospital. Finally, in 2019, they worked as a Sales Operations Associate and Customer Experience Representative at KeyMe Locksmiths.

Sílveri Castillo attended Rutgers University - Newark from 2014 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration.
