Foulques Chombart de Lauwe is a seasoned professional in recruitment and consulting, currently serving as Managing Partner Grand Ouest at Keyman Consulting since May 2019. Responsibilities include developing Keyman’s presence in the Grand Ouest, advising clients on recruitment challenges, mentoring recruitment specialists, and ensuring operational excellence in candidate experiences. Previously, Foulques held significant roles in various organizations, including Deputy Director General for Business, Innovation, and International Affairs at Conseil Régional des Pays de la Loire, and leadership positions at AFD, where duties encompassed managing relations with local governments and overseeing urban infrastructure projects. Foulques holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Sciences Po and a Master’s in Financial Management of Local Authorities from CY Cergy Paris Université.
