Soraya Malcolm is a Global Talent and Performance Manager at Keyloop since June 2023, bringing extensive experience in the retail sector. Previously, Soraya held the position of Quality, Training and Continuous Improvement Manager at Asda from September 2021 to June 2023. Soraya worked at John Lewis Partnership as a Training Manager for several months in 2021 and served in various training and management roles at John Lewis & Partners from 2015 to 2021, including participation in the competitive Management Graduate Scheme. Soraya holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business and Management from Sheffield Hallam University and is qualified with CIPD certifications obtained between 2020 and 2021.
