Ann Rochanayon currently serves as the Director of UX Research Partner at UserZoom (now part of UserTesting), a role held since January 2014. In this position, Ann manages a team of Research Partners, focusing on enabling customers to conduct UX research effectively to enhance user experiences for their digital products. Responsibilities include developing tailored research strategies, leading change management initiatives, and training customers throughout the research process. Prior to this, Ann worked as the Principal User Experience Researcher (Pre-Sales) and Solution Consultant at UserZoom, where responsibilities included leading the Pre-Sales Research team and executing demonstrations of product value. Ann's earlier experience at Keynote Systems involved roles such as Principal User Experience Research Consultant and Director of User Experience Research, overseeing a diverse range of research projects and teams. Ann holds a Certificate in Project Management from the University of California, Berkeley, and has educational credentials from the University of California, Davis.
