Julian Boggs currently serves as the Director of State Policy at Key Capture Energy, a position held since November 2021, having previously worked as the Manager of Regulatory and Policy Affairs. Prior experience includes serving as the State Policy Director for the U.S. Energy Storage Association from August 2020 to November 2021 and as Policy Director at Keystone Energy Efficiency Alliance from January 2017 to August 2020, where significant contributions were made to advance energy efficiency legislation in Pennsylvania. Julian's background also encompasses roles at Environment America, where leadership was demonstrated in advocacy efforts against climate change, overseeing campaigns to implement the Clean Power Plan and protect renewable energy initiatives. Julian's career began as a Policy Advocate at Environment Ohio and has included various positions within grassroots campaign organizations. Education was obtained at Colorado College, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts in Biology.
