Lauren Cox, MS, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Key Autism Services, a role held since September 2024. Prior experience includes a similar position at Helping Hands Family - Autism Services from November 2023 to September 2024, and a role as a Business Development Representative at Raven Health from January 2024 to June 2024. Lauren also worked as a Clinical Recruiter at ABA Centers of America, where responsibilities included managing the full-cycle recruitment process and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Earlier in the career path, Lauren served as a Lead Registered Behavior Technician and Registered Behavior Technician at Elemy and AchieveAbility Therapy, respectively.
