Kait Edge has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kait most recently worked at KEV Group as the Manager of Lunchbox Sales, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they were an Account Executive at the same company from July 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining KEV Group, Kait worked at EF Educational Tours from July 2021 to August 2022 as a Business Development Manager, focusing on Metro Markets. Prior to that, they were at EF Education First, where they held two roles. Kait worked as a Manager of Business Development from February 2020 to July 2021, and as a Sales Manager from January 2019 to February 2020.

Kait's earlier work experience includes being a Tour Consultant at Go Ahead Tours from December 2017 to January 2019. Kait also held the role of Marketing Director/Sales Representative at Sezlik.com Royal LePage Your Community Realty from February 2017 to November 2018. In this role, they formulated effective marketing strategies, measured active marketing campaigns, and managed multiple client portfolios.

Before that, Kait worked as a Sales Representative at Royal LePage Your Community Realty, Brokerage from March 2016 to February 2017. Kait was responsible for proactive and proven results in real estate sales and was part of a top-performing team in Canada.

Kait's earlier experience includes being a Sales Representative at CENTURY 21 Pace Realty Corp., Brokerage from May 2014 to March 2016. Prior to that, they held roles at Flatrate Realty Corp., Brokerage as a Sales Representative from February 2013 to May 2014, and as a Customer Care Specialist from June 2012 to February 2013. As a Customer Care Specialist, they ensured customers' needs were met and supported agents in various tasks.

Kait Edge attended Carleton University from 2008 to 2011 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Social Science Honors degree. During their time at Carleton University, they focused on Political Science as their major and Law as their minor. In addition to Carleton University, Kait also attended Dalhousie University in 2008 and 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Political Science and Law.
