Amy Hernandez, M.S., PMP, is a seasoned packaging engineer with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a Senior Packaging Engineer at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. since February 2017, Amy has previously held positions as Associate Manager in Packaging Science at the same company and as a Process Engineer and Technical Writer at Fritz Industries, Inc. between January 2014 and February 2017. Early in their career, Amy worked as a Sales Associate and Lead Cashier at American Eagle Outfitters, recognized as a top grossing associate, and contributed as an Engineering Intern for the City of McKinney. Amy holds a Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Texas Woman's University.
