Polly Lauer is an accomplished Human Resources professional with a robust background in leadership and operational management. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Keter since September 2023, Polly previously held the same title at PhytogenX, Inc. from February 2020 to June 2023. Polly's experience includes a significant tenure as Chief Operating Officer and HR Director at The Lancaster Food Company, where oversight of daily operations focused on finance, production, and human resources. Prior to that role, Polly was the Executive Director of The Community Coalition, an innovative collaboration of non-profit organizations, and Milagro House, during which strategic organizational leadership was demonstrated. Polly began a career in human resources at Community Access, Inc. as Director of HR and Development, managing compliance and HR functions for over 200 staff members. Polly holds a BA in Psychology from The New School and a high school diploma from The Ursuline School.
