Tamas Flaisz has extensive experience in the HVAC industry. Tamas began their career in 1997 as the Managing Director and HVAC Designer at Unicad Studio Ltd., where they worked until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, Tamas served as a HVAC Construction Site Manager at Légmester Ltd., leading a team and managing the successful completion of projects. Tamas then joined KESZ Group in 2012 as an HVAC Construction Site Manager, responsible for reviewing plans, procuring materials, and establishing contracts with subcontractors. In 2017, Tamas took on the role of HVAC Chief Engineer at KESZ Group, becoming the central person in the information transfer between various areas of the company. Their responsibilities included reviewing plans, specifications, and submittals to ensure the smooth progress of assigned projects. Tamas has demonstrated expertise in managing construction projects, designing HVAC systems, and effectively coordinating teams.

Tamas Flaisz completed their education in a chronological order starting from 1991 to 2002. From 1991 to 1996, they attended Budapest University of Technology and Economics where they pursued their Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in HVAC. Following this, they then enrolled at the same university and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and Economics between 1999 and 2002.
