Tanja Ruotsi is an experienced communications and marketing professional with a strong background in management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Managing Editor at K-kauppiasliitto since August 2020, Tanja specializes in communication, content marketing, service design, and change management. Previous roles include Marketing Manager and Communications Manager at Kesko - K-Group, as well as leading marketing efforts at Easton Helsinki shopping centre. Tanja held the position of Communications Manager for the City of Kerava, where a new communication strategy and social media initiatives were developed. Early career experience includes serving as a Communications Coordinator at Suomen Posti. Tanja holds a Master's degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Jyväskylä, complemented by professional development from Aalto University and a JET-tutkinto from Amiedu.
